Guidelines for Paper Presenters – ICHCSC 2025

• Each paper is allotted 10 minutes for presentation followed by 4 minutes for discussion/Q&A.
• Presenters are requested to be present throughout their entire session to avoid disruptions.
• Kindly prepare your slides using the conference presentation template (click here).
• Ensure that your presentation is concise, clear, and within the allotted time.
• Session chairs will strictly monitor time to maintain the overall schedule.
